Great app, but wheres update?

Device info: iPhone 4S, 64GB, iOS 7.0.3, latest app version, August 2013, to date November 6, 2013:
What bothers me about this app, although I will say it is AMAZING (as well as the rest of this devs apps!!! Theyre ALL worth paying for!), it hasnt been updated since its inception, which was August 2012. There dont seem to be any issues with the app working as described, but it leaves me to wonder if that may be coming up in the very near future?
